Delete User

To delete a current user, click the user's name in the Manage Users dialog box and select the

Delete

User

button. When this button is selected, a question appears asking, "Are you sure you want to delete

user Fullname Username?" Select either Yes or No and click

To enter your Username and Password, select

File | Login

from the menu. This username, password and

the commands permitted for a specific user, are selected and configured in the

Manage Users

dialog box

(see page 14). If you cannot remember the correct username and/or password, you receive a Login Failure

message and are requested to try again. After three attempts, the software quits.

If you cannot access the system due to an incorrect

Username and/or Password, refer to the card that came

with this manual. Printed on this card is an emergency

access Username and Password. When that Username

and Password is entered into the User Login dialog box,

the user will have access to all functions and features of

the system.

Require User Logins

To ensure that a user must enter his or her user name and password before OOIPS2000 can run, select

File |

Require User Logins

from the menu. The next time the software starts, a dialog box requesting the user's

name and password appears. The software will not run until a correct user name and password is accepted.

If you cannot remember the correct user name and/or password, you receive a Login Failure message and

are requested to try again. After three attempts, the software quits.

Exit

To exit out of OOIPS2000, select

File | Exit

from the menu. You do not receive a prompt asking if you are

sure that you want to exit OOIPS2000 before the software quits.
