Forum at the Compaq Web site. You can either browse the
postings as a guest, or register as a user and submit your own
questions. Compaq responds to questions within one business
day.
To access the Compaq Support Forum

Support Forum.
Preparing to Call Technical Support
If you cannot solve a problem using the Compaq Support Forum
or the troubleshooting tips in Chapter 13 of this guide, you may
need to call technical support.
To receive the fastest possible solution

items and information available when you call:
